Take a dip into sea with only a 5 min stroll to the dog friendly beach/Platt. A guide to the best dog friendly beaches in the area will be provided. The nearby Port Gaverne which is a walk away provides water ports equipment rental, and Polzeath is the nearest surfing beach.

Own Private Entrance
Fore Street in Port Isaac is one of the main streets of the harbour centre. The origins of Port Isaac are likely Celtic and the village was a thriving port serving the area inland. During the Tudor period the harbour was dredged, a good illustration of its importance. The economy of the port also relied on pilchard fishing, probably a centuries-old industry.

We have an electric drying rack plugged in here 24/7 for those used wetsuits and any soggy clothes/wet shoes to dry on. It's also the perfect place to wipe those muddy paws if you've been for a walk by the sea (dog towel will be hanging up on the back of the door in case you need one). A washing machine is also available for use during your stay.
